Assistant Branch Manager - Taguig Area

The Assistant Branch Manager assists the Branch Manager in monitoring daily branch operations and supervising the branch staff providing proper customer service to bank clients and ensuring regulatory compliance with internal and external processes in order to meet branch goals. Main Accountabilities 1. Know Your Client (KYC) –Ensures adequate knowledge and understanding of retail clients by establishing risk scores and conducting enhanced due diligence (EDD) in accordance with the KYC Guidelines and in compliance with the Bank’s audit requirements 2. Compliance – Takes the lead in implementing the Bank's internal controls, policies, regulations, confidentiality requirements, audit, security and loss prevention controls to ensure compliance with the Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) guidelines and reports; 3. Customer Service – Offers solutions and services that meet the needs of and delights customers in order to maintain good client relationships and generate new business; 4. Staff Guidance - Assists branch colleagues and staff in achieving their developmental and career goals by coaching and guiding them in the performance of their duties. Leads by example and demonstrates a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the various duties assigned in the Bank.
