Quality Control Assistant

The position supports delivery of quality turnover experience for customers by ensuring that units to be turned over to customers are based on committed quality. Primary scope includes:
1. Punchlisting;
2. Settlement of owners' punchlist items by way of coordination with contractor;
3. Conduct of actual property turnover to customers.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Construction and Engineering management, Interior Design or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Has pleasing personality, Above average communcation skills, and Customer-service oriented.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus
- Fresh Graduates may apply
- Project-based
- Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays (Monday;Office then Tuesdays-Saturdays; Onsite)
