Cash Management Sales Officer



1. Functional Excellence - Identifies opportunities, implements strategies, and recommends Cash Management facilities to clients in response to their needs. Provides market feedback to Product Management for the enhancement/development of products, thus making the Bank updated and competitive in the market.

2. Revenue Generation – Ensures that revenue targets are met by doing the following:

• Closely coordinates with partners from Corporate Banking in identifying revenue generation initiatives

• Recommends pricing/commercial terms to Corporate Banking partners after thorough cost-benefit analyses of the CM

solutions that are being offered to and/or availed by the client

• Performs periodic reporting on sales accomplishments and customer initiatives to the CM Sales Head

3. Customer Acquisition and Retention - Ensures onboarding of new clients and client retention:

• Closely coordinates with partners from Corporate Banking in identifying prospects and leads

• Provides support to Business Banking and branch partners so that they will be able to provide the best possible products and solutions to meet client requirements

• Engages in discussions with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

• Coordinates with the Bank’s internal units to identify, prioritize and resolve client servicing issues on a timely manner

• Maintains a good relationship with clients through constant communication and client satisfaction strategies

4. Cross-selling and Deep-Diving – Deepens relationship with existing clients:

• Conducts portfolio review to update and check for facilities that the client might need

• Proactively services and cross sells to improve client satisfaction and generate additional revenue and income for the Bank

5. Channel and Product Usage – Encourages clients to use the facilities they have availed:

• Monitors the transaction count of clients to ensure that appropriate product and facilities are being used

• Ensures that timely implementation and training support is provided for successful usage of facilities availed

6. Capability Building - Delivers special projects to expand skillset and provides guidance to direct reports.



  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Two to three years of Sales and/or Cash Management background from a bank
  • Knowledge of Cash Management solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Salesmanship
